Student Portfolio Review and Career Day

Calling all design students!
AIGA DC invites you to a Portfolio Review and Career Day. This is an opportunity to receive valuable one-on-one feedback on your portfolio. You will walk away with encouragement, feedback and career advice from art directors, creative directors and designers in the DC area. You will learn ways to improve your interviewing skills, increase your professional development and obtain the necessary tools to help jump-start your career.
Bring either a print portfolio and/or a laptop for your digital projects. Save website and interactive work to your computer because an internet connection may not be available. Several workshops will be offered providing students with interviewing and portfolio advice from the foremost experts in the field. Students may choose reviewers on a first-come, first-serve basis the day of the event. See the complete list of reviewers below.
The reviews and workshops will be followed by a munch and mingle with the pros sponsored by The Creative Group, where you will have the opportunity to network and build relationships with creative professionals while enjoying a refreshing lunch.
This event is FREE for AIGA student members. There is a $10 fee for non-AIGA members.

Hi, do you need any volunteers for this event? Portfolio day helped me land an internship as a student, so I would really like to help out now that I would be on the other side of the table.
